Liseli: Cultivating Hope Through Faith and Agriculture
The Liseli Foundation believes that God has made it possible for our agricultural projects to uplift communities, provide sustainable solutions, and nurture new skills. Faith is an essential part of our agricultural projects and these two components are blended together in order to create a path towards self-sufficiency and prosperity.
Our Mission
The mission of the Liseli Foundation is to create sustainable transformation by equipping local individuals in the community with essential agricultural skills, knowledge, and resources. By nurturing the land and cultivating faith, we strive to break the cycle of poverty and provide opportunities for growth, both spiritually and economically.
Planting Seeds of Change
One of the major goals of the Liseli Foundation is to leave a lasting impact on the community. That is why we have a commitment to invest into the community through agricultural training. Through our training programmes individuals receive comprehensive training in various aspects of agriculture, from planting and harvesting to operating large and small farming equipment. Participants receive new knowledge and are taught to be passionate about cultivating crops. Through this knowledge, participants are able to cultivate their own plots of land or contribute to community gardens in our area.
Growing More Than Crops
Liseli has a faith-based approach which values relationship with God as the foundation of everything. Liseli recognises that true change extends beyond the fields, that is why we value regular gatherings and daily devotionals, through which participants are encouraged to develop their spiritual foundations while building a sense of community and belonging.
